We may need to deliver several hours prior to your event start at no extra cost to ensure all our bookings are delivered on time. On the day of delivery we will call 30-45 minutes ahead of your delivery to confirm we are in transit. Upon delivery an adult must be present to receive the item(s). We will wait no more than 15 minutes after arrival if no one is there.

During set up we will go over the rules, inspect, and clean the inflatable. This is for your safety and to certify that your expectations of our inflatable are met. This may take more than 45 minutes so take this into account when booking and please be patient with us. THERE IS A $20 HARD SURFACE FEE PER ITEM IF SANDBAGS ARE NEEDED. Water product use must conclude 30 minutes prior to pick up for drying purposes. Depending on weather conditions we may need to pick up earlier than scheduled, i.e. high winds (15 mph or greater), heavy rain, lightning, hail, temps below 40°F, etc. We want to make sure you enjoy your time with your inflatable, but without any safety compromises.

We have to stick to our delivery zone during weekends, but on weekdays some exceptions can be made. Please call to inquire.
